When you arrive in our parking lot, we ask that you stay in your car and phone the clinic at 905-632-0490. If the call goes to voicemail, please hang up and try again. We appreciate your patience. One of our team members will come out to your car to assist you.
We are respectful of your time and do our very best to keep our appointments on time. If you arrive late for your appointment, we may ask you to reschedule to prevent delaying the rest of the day’s appointments.
Ensure all dogs arrive wearing a secure collar/harness and leash.
All feline patients must arrive in a secure carrier.
We are practicing physical distancing so we will keep a distance of at least 2 meters away. We kindly ask that you wear a face mask when we come out to greet you.
During the appointment the doctor will either contact you on your cell phone or come out to your car to discuss your pet’s health. It is important that you stay in our parking lot and have your cell phone available.
To maintain physical distancing, we can accept payment over the phone by VISA or MasterCard once the appointment is completed. We cannot accept debit or cash at this time.
