1. Access to the clinic remains restricted to MacKay’s doctors, staff and our four-legged patients.
  2. When you arrive in our parking lot, we ask that you stay in your car and phone the clinic at 905-632-0490. If the call goes to voicemail, please hang up and try again. We appreciate your patience. One of our team members will come out to your car to assist you.
  3. You must be masked when you meet our staff. There are no exceptions.
  4. We are respectful of your time and strive to keep our appointments running on time. If you arrive late for your appointment, we may ask you to reschedule so as not to delay the rest of the day’s appointments.
  5. Ensure your dog is wearing a secure collar/harness and leash. All cats must be in a secure carrier.
  6. Once the doctor has examined your pet they will either contact you on your cell phone or come out to your car to discuss the appointment. It is important that you stay in our parking lot and have your cell phone charged and available.
  7. To maintain physical distancing, we can accept payment over the phone by VISA or MasterCard once the appointment is completed. We cannot accept cash at this time.
