The Ontario government recently announced that Halton Region will be moving to Stage 2 of reopening with required public health measures in place.

Covid-19 is still a health concern for everybody. As our hospital layout does not allow for 2 meter physical distancing, we will continue to offer curbside service only for the foreseeable future.

From the beginning of the pandemic we have been fortunate to be able to offer our patients uninterrupted urgent care. We are now endeavoring to catch up on our routine appointments and are currently booking 3-4 weeks ahead.

Our careful adherence to safety protocols has contributed in allowing us to stay open and to keeping our staff and clients safe. This has been a challenging time for everyone and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

We are extremely thankful for our entire team who have not stopped caring for our patients throughout this pandemic – you are the best!

Our current hours are: Monday – Friday 9:00am-6:00pm.

Have you or any family members traveled outside of Ontario within the past 14 days? Are you or anyone in your home experiencing cold-like symptoms (fever, cough, sneezing, runny nose)? If yes, this will affect your appointment. You must answer truthfully to these questions as we have staff who are in high risk categories. It is extremely important that we protect all of our team members.

When you arrive at the clinic, PLEASE STAY IN YOUR CAR and phone the clinic at 905-632-0490. If the call goes to voicemail, please hang up and try again. We appreciate your patience. One of our team members will come out to your car to assist you.

Ensure all dogs arrive wearing a secure collar/harness and ***OLD LEASH*** (we will be dipping your leash into a dilute bleach solution so we recommend that you use an older one).

ALL FELINE PATIENTS MUST ARRIVE IN A SECURE CARRIER.

We are practicing physical-distancing so we will keep a distance of at least 2 meters away. To prevent you from entering our clinic, we are able to accept a payment over the phone by VISA or MasterCard. We cannot accept debit or cash at this time.

We are receiving an overwhelming number of calls per day. We need to keep our phone lines available for clients with sick animals and for clients who are waiting in our parking lot. Please see the main page of our website on how to order food, tick/flea/heartworm prevention and prescription refills.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not accepting any product returns at this time due to COVID 19.
