Chantal joined the team at MacKay’s Animal Hospital in April 2012. She is a graduate of the Animal Biology program at the University of Guelph and has obtained her Master of Science degree, specializing in human and animal nutrition. Chantal has a strong passion for pet nutrition and health and also works as a Nutritionist at Royal Canin. She very much enjoys assisting in the care and socialization of patients in the animal clinic, and loves tending to the patients that stay overnight at MacKay’s.
Chantal lives in Burlington with her two pets, Bailey, a Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier, and Emily, a Ragdoll cat. She enjoys horseback riding, working out, reading, knitting, pet sitting and spending time with her friends and family.
